* Our clinic does NOT accept fax requests for prescription refills from your pharmacy.
* ALL REFILLS require you to speak with a Primary Care Provider either in person or over the phone
and will require a booked appointment to do so.
* Give yourself a minimum of 2 weeks notice before you run out of your prescription to book for
your prescription refill appointment. We are no longer a walk-in clinic and it can be difficult
to get a last minute appointment with your Care Provider. You may be advised in these
situations to contact a walk-in clinic or connect with your pharmacy for an emergency refill.
