  • To book a phone or in-person Standard Appointment with Dr Piek click HERE and book through our online booking system 
  • ALL patient requests will require an appointment with your Primary Care Provider.
  • Please do not ask your pharmacy to fax a request for prescription refills, again you will require an appointment over the phone or in person for all medications. 
  • To book Physicals, Well Baby Checks, Mental Health or Procedures you must call the clinic.
  • Please note that we require 24hr notice of appointment cancellations otherwise we will have to charge for the missed appointment.

Dr Kerry Baerg is retired as of Friday, November 21st and Dr Johannes Piek has now taken over his practice.


Now starring in their own exciting adventure, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kathleen McFadden and Dr. Rob Arnold. For the past six years, they have shared their time, expertise and compassion in caring for our patients and community. Working alongside Dr. Baerg, they have been an important part of The Bridge Medical family. With Dr. Baerg’s upcoming retirement, Dr. McFadden and Dr. Arnold have now moved on from the clinic. They wish to acknowledge the privilege it has been to be involved in your care and wish you all the best of health.
