- Nadine Mitchell and Kendra Brown are our two Nurse Practitioners.
- NP Kendra Brown is is returning from maternity leave on February 4th.
- To book a Standard Appointment with either one please call the office.
Please note that we require 24hr notice of appointment cancellations otherwise we will have to charge for the missed appointment.
- Nadine Mitchell is currently accepting patients off the Registry if you live in the local geographic are of the clinic. If you are in need of a Provider ensure you have registered with Health Connect Registry If you are on the registry you will be notified if you get pulled for our office.

As Nicole finishes up her 1 year of maternity coverage for NP Kendra Brown we would like to thank her for stepping in and for the care, dedication, and support she provided throughout that time.
